* Decoupled from gravity, constant animation time, manual networking, cubic interpolation
* Reduced overshoot
* Implemented PointAttemptEvent, reacts with mobstate & sleeping
* Brains can no longer point, PBs must be inside a chassis
* Removed chassis check, made callback more obvious
