* move everything to MeleeWeaponSystem

* refactor MeleeChemicalInjector

* hypospray and flash refactor

* stunbaton refactor

* bugfixes

* flash afterinteract

* resolve issues

* props

* playing the slots

* MeleeInteractEvent + bugfixes

* spear can actually use MeleeChemicalInjector
