Acruid 6c081d9d8d Shared Containers (#3331)
* Namespace changes for containers.
Moved ContainerSlot from content to engine.

* Merged client/server ContainerManagerComponents into a single shared version.

* Mapfile and nullability fixes.

* Upgrades map.

* Update engine.
