* Add nullable to some Content.Shared files.

* Use [NotNullWhen(true)]

* Undo adding now redundant !'s

* Forgot one

* Add a ton more nullable

* Fix some issues

* It actually compiles now

* Auto stash before merge of "null2" and "origin/master"

* enable annotations -> enable
