Acruid	15fb554c28	Engine Entity Anchoring Changes (#4195) ... * Converted all SnapGridPositionChangedEvent subscriptions to AnchorStateChangedEvent. * Fixes power tests with new anchored requirements. * Moved AnchorableComponent into construction.
