* Pipe prototypes

* PipeDirection setter

* IRotatableNode

* NodeContainer passes rotation events to its nodes

* Removes duplicate pipe prototypes that are rotations of each other

* PipeDirectionHelpers

* PipeNode rotation

* icon removal

* Pipe icons

* Icon fix

* Fixes pipe sprites and icons
