Void's Applause (#34591)
* Adds single clap emote * Adds missing single clap loc * Adds void blink effects, sound, and sprite * Adds VoidApplauseEvent and implements it into the Magic System and Grimoire * Removes commented Spawn code in Shared Magic System.
